I have to say the Ecco shoes were not to my satisfaction and I guess the poor quality of customer service is reflective of the qualityof the shoes. Sent an Email to the company on August 28 and never received any feedback. That will be it for Ecco as far as I am concerned.

Hi Everybody, does somebody know if I could find the shoes small size in Odessa's store?
The problem is that I could not find the small size shooses here in Moldova/Chisinau, here are few stores but as I undersand these are not afficially ones and I could not order something through them... I am going to visit Odessa and it would be great if could could find my size )))

Have two pairs of Eccos - looking to get a third. First encountered the brand in an outlet shop in Devon, UK and have never looked backed. I think I have got through four pairs to date. Best shoes ever. Don't ever stop the Receptor Shoes please.

Best quality shoes I've ever had guys: I just walked through a flooded street (Bangkok during rain season, aye!) and while I was soaked up to my knees, I stepped out of my Ecco dress shoes(!) and my feet were still perfectly dry! You need better designers though, but you keep the quality up and I'll be a customer for life.

I have owned several different pairs of Ecco shoes. They were the most comfortable shoes I had ever worn. However, all my older models had a problem with soles falling apart really fast and it happened after several days of street walking! Ecco stood by their product and replaced them quickly. Unfortunately, as the company improved their products their customer service went from great to pretty bad. At least in the US. I am speaking of course about my own experience.

I am so dissapointed you discontinued the X-track, it was the best shoe/boot/hiker I have ever worn! It had a nice wide sole for unmatched stability, extremely comfortable, it had a steel shank & I could stand on a 1/4 inch wide piece of steel & it would not effect the shoe. I believe the soles were oil resistant also. Just an awsome shoe all around.
